We were there that day on 7 October, 2023. We know that Netanyahu was warned like us long in advance by Egypt, Jordan and Turkey as well as America about the coming attacks of IQB.
The preplanned propaganda effort for the false flag part of the propaganda operation to justify a retaliation did not get done properly.
Nothing justifies genocide.
Not until 8 October 2023, did we come to realize that thousands of American bombs had been stockpiled in Israel and that American transport aircraft were previously readied to move more weapons to Israel.
Those bombs immediately began to rain down on residential homes in Gaza. There were too many bombs and the attacks aided by American AWACS, remotely piloted aircraft and satellite systems were far too well-briefed and up and running to be an ad hoc, surprised response.
We also know that settlers were bidding on Gaza beach houses in early October. Netanyahu has promised to clear out Gaza of Palestinians, and that Netanyahu was making deals with fossil fuel companies to harvest the $trillion worth of gas and oil that was owned by the Palestinians in Gaza.
Within 72 hours of every moment of 7 October there was not one forensic rape kit done in Israel, not anywhere.
The reality is that in Israeli Law, if there is no evidence, there is no case. Everyone knows that in the medical and mortuary field. No rape case has been won without evidence.
The only rapes we know about were reported to have happened in and/or near Gaza. The perpetrators are deceased. They did not involve copulation. (for the definition of rape in Israel see rape definition)
Sexual assaults did happen in southern Israel. They amounted to misdemeanor offences and the parties did not want to press charges, hence they were driven to their homes in safety.
Israeli government soldiers and other officials raping children and women in West Bank, often raping the same vulnerable female over and over again across many occasions are rarely prosecuted because of lack of evidence.
In either case, the rape of Palestinian boys and girls or the rape of Israeli women does not justify what the IQB did on 7 October. More than anything, this does not justify the Genocide in the Gaza strip or West bank wherein over 20,000 women and children have been slaughtered.
Alleged criminals complicit in a genocide via direct and public incitement to commit genocide on behalf of the Netanyahu propaganda campaign have failed in your claim to justification of the ethnic cleansing of Gaza and are are at risk of being found guilty of complicity in Genocide.
Using old 2014 photographs and hastily collected images from all over the world to make claims of justified Genocide is of itself complicity in Genocide. Read the Convention on Genocide and other atrocity crimes.

False rape claims in Israeli media, instead of a sworn information to a lawful prosecutor with jurisdiction, taint the jury pool in Israel and confound Israeli jurists.
These illegitimate avenues of making criminal allegations contribute to making the task of getting a conviction for rape nearly impossible in Israel.
Successful rape convictions in Israel are achieved during patient, enduring, criminal prosecution hearings, in the Courts, not in the press.
